Rice wine crafted for
perfect pairing with Thai cuisine.
What is RIZ BLANC ?
RIZ BLANC is a rice-wine brand meticulously brewed with 100 % rice from the E-san region of northeast Thailand and spring water from the mountains of Khao Yai, applying Japanese sake-brewing techniques.
Crafted to enhance umami, RIZ BLANC is the perfect pairing for Thai cuisine, where sweetness, spiciness, and acidity harmoniously converge.
Our Symbol
She is the Goddess of Rice—a serene blue silhouette symbolizing the guardian of rice, cherished by both sky and water. The golden stalk adorning her hair represents abundance, prosperity, and joy.
Under her blessing, Thai sticky rice undergoes cold fermentation, unlocking a deep, concentrated umami. This is the soul of RIZ BLANC.
RIZ BLANC Series
-

No.6
ABV 6.5 %. A light, pale-yellow rice-wine.
Bring the glass to your nose and you’re wrapped in the faintly sweet steam of freshly cooked white rice.Pure, gentle top notes give way to fresh lychee and juicy white-peach flesh, evoking the dewy freshness of a morning orchard.
Volatile acidity is restrained and rounded, while subtle rice-derived umami underpins the flavor.
From mid-palate to finish, a quiet lemongrass freshness appears, adding a hint of green and tightening the flavors to a clean close.
The texture is lithe and crystal-clear, with a lingering aftertaste of light blossom honey and citrus oil for 6–8 seconds.
In a word: “A sip that bottles the moment you savour a warm bowl of rice in misty paddies at dawn.”
Its poised balance of light acidity, soft sweetness, and cool finish makes it ideal with appetizers, herb-laden Thai salads, and seafood.
-

No.14
ABV 14 %. Aged, pale-straw-yellow rice-wine.
Hold the glass to your nose and sharp citrus-peel oils—like a cool breeze over sun-lit paddies at dusk—spread instantly.
Next come fresh honeydew melon and green notes of young rice carried on the breeze.
Faint apricot warmth, like the hue of sunset air, lingers in the background.
The palate is clear and light: keen citrus acidity leads, layered gently by melon roundness and rice umami.
Midway to finish, a sweet depth—like lingering twilight—adds both refreshment and comforting warmth.
Viscosity is restrained and glass-clear; bitter citrus oils and young-rice grassiness linger softly for about 10 seconds.
In a word: “A sip that seals the glittering sunset over summer paddies in rural Thailand.”
Pairs beautifully with flavor-dense dishes: matured curries, juicy grilled meats, or crisply fried fare in sweet-spicy sauces.
Terroir & Producers
Rice:
Our contract farmers in Isan grow rice in low-water-retentive soil and endure a long dry season, concentrating sweetness and toasty nut aromas, yet finishing remarkably clean.
Water:
Groundwater percolating through the stone of the UNESCO-listed Khao Yai range emerges as naturally filtered, neutral soft water. Balanced in calcium and potassium yet free from off-flavours, its “transparent minerals” enhance delicate aromas and provide a gentle mouthfeel with a clear, clean finish, while allowing the distinctive character of Isan rice to shine through.
Producers:
Our brewery sits deep in Khao Yai’s forested mountains. A Thai brewer with 25 years in traditional Thai spirits joins forces with a Japanese sake brewer—two craftspeople respecting one another.
This meeting of terroir and Thai-Japanese expertise gives birth to Riz Blanc’s delicate aroma and flavor.
