● Service Nature
Our business provides consulting services for food and beverage pairing, seasonal menu development, and printed menu design for restaurants. These services are customized and initiated immediately upon order confirmation.
● Non-refundable Services
Due to the nature of our business, the following are non-refundable:
・Customized pairing menu plans
・Consultation sessions or digital content delivered
・Menu designs or printed materials
・Subscription fees after the start of each monthly cycle
● Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:
・Duplicate or erroneous payment
・Failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon service
・Cancellation before service execution (must be requested at least 5 business days prior to the start of the new subscription cycle)
